License Bureau in Kandiyohi County to be closed for a week, along with all license offices in state

The Kandiyohi County License Bureau will be closed from Nov. 10 to Nov. 16 for installation of new state computer system

WILLMAR — The Kandiyohi County License Bureau, located in the County Office Building at 400 Benson Ave. S.W. in downtown Willmar, will be closed from 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, until 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16.

The closure is for the statewide implementation of the new MNDRIVE computer system. License bureaus and motor vehicle offices across Minnesota will be closed during this time.

MNDRIVE is replacing the problem-riddled MNLARS system that was installed about three years ago.

The closure only impacts the License Bureau. The rest of the county building will remain open.
