Montevideo's Greg Liebl, a junior on the North Dakota State University cross country team, was named the NCAA Division I Independent Runner of the Week for the second time this season.
Liebl won the individual title at the South Dakota State Classic in Brookings, S.D., Saturday in a time of 24:31.90 over the eight-kilometer run, which broke the meet record.
