“This is like Missouri,” said coatless store owner Doug Schmoll while cleaning the storm door and answering the phone Wednesday morning at Potpourri Health Foods in downtown Willmar.

Actually, it was better here: 33 degrees with a “feels like” 31 degrees at 9:30 a.m. compared to Maryville in northwestern Missouri, which reported 33 degrees with a chilly “feels like” of 22 degrees at 10:30 a.m.

Today’s forecast calls for a high of 32 degrees and 16 mph wind, according to weather.com.
