ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Department of Public Safety recognized local law enforcement officers Thursday before the Minnesota Twins game at Target Field for being “DWI Enforcer All-stars.”
A total of 39 law enforcement officers and prosecutors from 32 agencies were recognized during the event.
In 2014, this team of All-stars made a total of 2,281 arrests for driving while impaired across the state, according to a news release from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. The following local law enforcement officers received recognition during Thursday’s event.
The numbers following indicate the number of DWI arrests made.
• Quinton Pomplun, Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office: 30
• Brady Stough, Redwood Falls Police Department: 17
• Doug Best, Renville County Sheriff’s Office: 17
• Cody Vojacek, Stearns County Sheriff’s Office: 54
