As part of the annual Spicer WinterFest activities, snowmobile enthusiasts gathered on the ice at Green Lake Saturday for a full day of racing action.

SPICER — The crackle of firing engines echoed off the solid surface of Green Lake Saturday morning as hundreds of snowmobile enthusiasts gathered for this year's pair of octane-infused features for the 38th annual Spicer WinterFest .

The full day of fun on the ice featured both the Central Minnesota Pond Racing Ice Ovals Race Series and the Speed Run.
