Arrests

WILLMAR —A 37-year-old woman and a 42-year-old woman were arrested Wednesday afternoon after a traffic stop at in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 12 East in Willmar.

The 37-year-old was in the Kandiyohi County Jail on Thursday with a court appearance pending on felony charges of receiving stolen property, theft and drug possession, plus a misdemeanor charge of driving after revocation.

The 42-year-old was also in custody with a court appearance pending on felony charges of violating a no-contact order and receiving stolen property.

ATWATER — A 44-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 14000 block of First Avenue East.

He was in custody in the Kandiyohi County Jail on Thursday pending a court appearance on a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault.

Theft

WILLMAR — Cash Wise Foods in Willmar reported multiple thefts Wednesday afternoon.
