SPICER — A 38-year-old male was arrested for possession of a firearm under the influence of alcohol after a reported weapons complaint at 8:44 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Hillcrest Avenue. The man was in custody at the Kandiyohi County Jail at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday with a pending charge.
WILLMAR — Two people were arrested after a reported burglary at 3:21 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Mary Avenue Southeast.
A 33-year-old woman was in custody at the Kandiyohi County Jail at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday with six pending charges including burglary, damage to property, drug possession, trespassing and assault.
A 24-year-old man was in custody at the Kandiyohi County Jail at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday with three pending charges including, burglary, damage to property, violating a no-contact order and trespassing.

MONTEVIDEO — A report of kidnapping was made at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday in Montevideo. No further details were provided.
Criminal damage to property
WILLMAR — A caller reported at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday that their tires were slashed over the weekend on their pickup truck in the 700 block of Trott Avenue Southwest.
Fraud
BELGRADE — A caller in the 24000 block of County Road 9 Northeast reported at 7:35 p.m. Monday that someone had used their information for a filed property tax refund.
NEW LONDON — A caller in the 200 block of Dogwood Street Northeast reported at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday that they had been scammed.
NEW LONDON — A caller in the 300 block of Pine Street Southwest reported at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday that a party had gotten their credit card information.
Theft
SPICER — A party in the 8300 block of North Shore Drive reported stolen mail at 11:02 a.m. Monday.
