Citation in crash

WILLMAR — A juvenile was cited for a permit violation after a crash involving two vehicles was reported at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 19th Avenue and 22nd Street Southwest.

Criminal damage to property

WILLMAR — A caller at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 4900 block of U.S. Highway 71 reported that their house had been covered with toilet paper and a racial slur written on a window. According to the report, other vehicles also had profanities written on them. It’s believed that the incident was racially motivated.

Disorderly conduct

WILLMAR — CentraCare — Rice Memorial Hospital reported disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday.
