U.S. Highway 71 southbound is temporarily reduced to one lane on the Willmar bypass at the Willmar Avenue bridge due to a crash, MnDOT announced.

WILLMAR — The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, that Highway 71 southbound is temporarily reduced to one lane on the Willmar bypass at the Willmar Avenue bridge due to a crash.

MnDOT says the lane will reopen once the crash site is cleared, and the bridge has been inspected.

Drivers are asked to use caution through the area.
