Mark Majerus, a Minnesota State Moorhead senior defensive end from Villard (Minnewaska Area), was selected NSIC Defensive Player of the Week for his play in the Dragons' 26-15 win over Northern State on Saturday.
Majerus, a 6-0, 250-pound transfer from Northland Community College, made eight tackles, three sacks and had a pass breakup.
