WILLMAR -- A 37-year-old old man was arrested around 10 p.m. Wednesday night by Willmar police officers and Kandiyohi County sheriff's deputies.
According to a news release from Willmar Police Sgt. Vince King, Daniel Allen Ruter is being held in the Kandiyohi County Jail pending his first court appearance on charges of fleeing a police officer on a snowmobile, reckless driving and driving around railroad crossing arms.
