OLIVIA - A Mankato man faces numerous charges in three counties, including Renville County, that allege he stole - and then ditched - multiple vehicles during a day-long crime spree last June.
Jordan James Kenady Rollings, 25, made a first court appearance Tuesday in Renville County District Court on a felony charge of motor vehicle theft.
He is charged with stealing a vehicle from a residence in Franklin, where he left behind a different vehicle that had been reported stolen from a machine shed in the Mankato area between June 21-22.
He is scheduled to make a plea Nov. 5 in Murray County, where is charged with 10 counts, including three felony charges of theft of a motor vehicle.
He is also charged in Redwood County with seven felony counts, including theft, burglary, receiving stolen property, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools.

Rollings is scheduled for a plea hearing Nov. 22 in Redwood County.
According to the complaints filed against him, Rollings is charged with a string of thefts in which he allegedly took vehicles, drove them and left them at locations where he then allegedly stole different vehicles.
In one case, the stolen vehicle was left running and in gear and stuck in a field.
In another case, Rollings allegedly drove a stolen pickup through a farm machine shed, damaging the building.
After damaging a car that he had allegedly stolen and being confronted by the female owner, Rollings threw $19 on the ground to help her pay for the repairs.
When he was arrested in Murray County, Rollings was muddy, shoeless, confused and appeared to be under the influence of some type of substance, according to the criminal complaint.
Rollings told law enforcement he had been at a party the night before and thought he had been given methamphetamine, but said he doubted it was meth and that he had no idea where he was, how he got there or what he was doing.
