WILLMAR -- Oscar Ramirez, 20, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Tuesday on a second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge for allegedly molesting a 7-year-old girl.
Unconditional bail was set at $50,000. Conditional bail was allowed for $10,000. His next appearance is Nov. 8 in Kandiyohi County District Court.
According to the complaint, Willmar police received a report on Oct. 14 that included that a 7-year-old girl had been sexually touched by Ramirez this summer. The girl was interviewed and told investigators that Ramirez had lived with her family for a period of time and explained how Ramirez had touched her.
Ramirez was interviewed and admitting to living in the same house as the girl, but denied touching her.
