WILLMAR - Anthony Rooy Rolffs, 27, and Krista Danielle Woodcock, 23, of Willmar, both made their first court appearances Friday on felony drug sale charges for their alleged roles in selling pills, hashish, marijuana and ecstasy to a CEE-VI Drug Task Force informant.
Unconditional bail was set at $50,000 for Rolffs and at $30,000 for Woodcock.
Both will make their next appearance Nov. 4 in Kandiyohi County District Court.
Rolffs faces a total of 12 fourth- and fifth-degree drug sale charges. Woodcock faces four fourth- and fifth-degree sale counts.
According to the complaints, the informant purchased controlled substances from Rolffs and/or Woodcock on nine separate occasions between April 24 and May 16, at an apartment complex on the southeast side and at an apartment complex on the northwest side of Willmar, plus in a parking lot in Hutchinson. The purchases included Adderall and Klonopin pills, hashish and MDMA, which is also known as ecstasy or “molly.”
When questioned about the sales by a CEE-VI agent, Rolffs allegedly said he was a “middle man” in the sales and tried to distance himself from the buys.
Woodcock was also questioned and allegedly admitted to completing several drug sales for Rolffs.
