CYRUS -- Margaret Hazel Evangeline Lokken, 91, of Cyrus died Thursday at the Minnewaska Lutheran Home in Starbuck.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cyrus. Burial will be at Cyrus South Cemetery in rural Cyrus.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Pedersen Funeral Home in Morris and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
She was born Oct. 10, 1915, in Victor, S.D., to Bernard and Mabel (Hull) Johnson. She attended country school through the eighth grade and graduated from Rosholt High School in 1934. She worked as a housekeeper in various homes in the area.

She married Harold Lokken in 1938. They lived in New Effington, S.D., and Florence, S.D. They moved to Cyrus in 1944. She moved to Minnewaska Lutheran Home in Starbuck in 2003.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cyrus, where she was involved with the church bazaars and Do Days. She was also a member of the Cyrus Senior Citizens Group.
She is survived by her children: Carol (and Arthur) Tranby of Green Valley, Ariz., Duane (and Diane) Lokken of Alexandria, Lois (and Fred) MacGregor of Grand Forks, N.D., Dennis (and Patty) Lokken of Solway; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one sister.
