HECTOR -- Margaret Minnie Lund, 93, of Hector died Monday at Prairie View in Hector.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church in Hector. Burial will be in the Hector City Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Hughes Funeral Home in Hector is handling arrangements.

She was born Sept. 1, 1914, in Park Rapids to Bert and Della (Dodge) Moer. She grew up in the Park Rapids area where she attended school.

She married George Lund in 1934 in rural Hector. They lived in Hector where she worked at the Variety Store, the movie theater, and the Hitchin' Post. George died in 1969. She continued to live in Hector.

She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Hector.

She is survived by one daughter: Charlene (and Edmund) Julkowski of Washington; and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters, one in infancy; and an infant brother.
