WILLMAR -- Margie Ann Burns, 84, of Willmar, formerly of Benson, died Saturday at Bethesda Heritage in Willmar.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church in Benson. Burial will be at the Benson City Cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson.
She was born July 5, 1922, in Benson to Marcus and Alma (Nelson) Corneliusen. She grew up in Benson and graduated from Benson High School in 1940.

She married Richard Burns on Dec. 1, 1953. She was a housewife. They lived on a farm, in Clontarf, in Benson, and at Bethesda Heritage in Willmar. She sold crafts until her health caused her to retire.
She was a member of Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church in Benson.
She is survived by her husband; children: Doug (and Mary Lou) Birch of DeGraff, Richard Jr. (and Lou) Burns of Morris, Ricky (and Linda) Birch of Benson, Jerry (and Sue) Clark of Mukilteo, Wash., Randall (and Donna) Burns of Eagan, Dave (and Connie) Burns of Willmar, Bonnie (and Harvey) Hoss of Hudson, Wis., Jeannie (and Paul) Sloane of Calgary, Alberta, Connie Burns (and Craig Sachs) of Willmar; 28 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two siblings: Ronald (and Vi) Corneliusen of Mesa, Ariz., and Donna (and Harold) Krenz of White Bear Lake.
She was preceded in death by three great-grandchildren and two brothers.
