WILLMAR -- Marilyn Docksey, 80, of Willmar died Oct. 29 at Rice Memorial Hospital.

The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Church of St. Mary in Willmar. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, with a parish prayer service at 4:30 p.m., at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar and will continue for one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.

She was born May 29, 1927, in Wausau, Wis., to Arthur and Alvina (Weir) Skinner. She was raised and graduated from high school in Wausau. She went on and received a registered nurse degree. For five years, she worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee.

She married John Docksey on June 17, 1950, in Wausau, Wis. They lived in Wausau, Milwaukee and Philadelphia. In 1956, they moved to Willmar.

She was a member of Church of St. Mary in Willmar.

She is survived by her husband; children: J. Ross (and Chris) Docksey of Long Grove, Ill., Susan (and Don) Gunnin of Breckenridge, Colo., Anne (and Jay) Newell of Roundup, Mont., Laura (and Tom) Downey of Anchorage, Alaska, Tom (and Karen) Docksey of Owatonna, Jim (and Jan) Docksey of Chippewa Falls, Wis., Sara (and Paul) Mullaney of Chanhassen, Andrew Docksey of Milwaukee; 18 grandchildren; sister: Jean Ostlund of Willmar; brothers: Jim (and Sue) Skinner of Chesterfield, Mo. and Tom (and Mary) Skinner of Sun Prairie, Wis.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
