BENSON -- Marion Caroline Strese, 85, of Benson died Thursday at Rice Care Center in Willmar.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Benson. Burial will be at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens in Burnsville.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson.
She was born Feb. 9, 1922, in Rosemount to Christopher and Martha Ratzlaff. She graduated from Rosemount High School.

She married Ralph Strese on Oct. 29, 1942, in Farmintgon. They farmed for more than 50 years in the communities of Lakeville, Rosemount, Shakopee, Eagan, DeGraff and Benson. They retired in ther mid-70s and moved to Benson in 1997.
She is survived by her children: Dwayne Strese (and Connie Smith) of Blaine, Anna Mae (and Bill) Waugh of Edinburg, Texas; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four siblings: Sylvia Perron of Rosemount, Gladys (and Al) Johnson of Litchfield, Louise (and Wayne) Wenzel of Jordan, and Arnold (and Bernett) Ratzlaff of Elk River.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers and two sisters.
