EDEN VALLEY -- Martha M. Torborg, 87, of Eden Valley died Friday at Paynesville Area Health Care System in Paynesville.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Assumption Catholic Church in Eden Valley. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Eden Valley, with an Eden Valley Senior Citizens prayer service at 4:30 p.m., Assumption Christian Women Society and Catholic Aid Association prayer service at 6:30 p.m. and parish prayers at 7 p.m.
She was born May 10, 1921, in Richmond to Jacob and Lucy (Wiesmann) Rothstein. She married Leonard Torborg on May 25, 1943, in Richmond. They farmed in the Eden Valley area.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church, Assumption Christian Women Society, Catholic Aid Association and Eden Valley Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her children: Rachel (and John) Kinzer of Watkins, David (and Susan) Torborg of Danville, Va., Charles (and Jane) Torborg of Richmond, Linda (and Ralph) Leither of Cold Spring and Lou Ann (and Michael) VanderHagen of Bird Island; 20 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Ben Rothstein, Sylvester (and Rosemary) Rothstein, Louise (and Bernie) Gohmann and Victor (and Agnes) Rothstein, all of St. Cloud, Andrew (and Martha) Rothstein of Cold Spring, Martin (and Rita) Rothstein and Ansger (and Joann) Rothstein, all of Richmond, and Clara (and Jerome) Heinze of Elrosa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, in 2002; a daughter: Sharon Torborg; daughter-in-law: Anna Mae Torborg; three brothers; a sister; and three stepbrothers.
