MONTEVIDEO -- Mary Louise Doring, 95, of Montevideo died Saturday at the Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m., May 24, at the United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. May 23 and one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with the Wing-Bain Funeral Home of Montevideo.
She was born Jan. 23, 1913, to Harry and Zenah (DeGroat) Thompson in Crawfordsville, Ind.
She married Leland Doring on July 19, 1931, in Montevideo. She worked at the Hotel Hunt and also the Montevideo Golf Course.

She is survived by her children: Roger (and Irene) of Blaine, Beverly VanDewater of Dawson, Larry (and Cheryl) of Phoenix, Randy (and Lois) of Champlain and Kimberly (and Oliver) Kelzenberg of Austin, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister: Betty Jean Uland of Golden Valley, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a granddaughter and three sisters.
