WILLMAR -- Dave Mass steered his 110 racer to first place Thursday night to claim the $1,000 winner's check at the Ed Wilson Super Stock Special.
Mass also won his heat as 24 Super Stocks showed up -- each guaranteed a minimum payout of $100 just for taking the starting flag.
Jesse Redetzke of Altoona, Wis., Jason Vejtruba of Lake Lillian and Ron Jones of Princeton also won heats.
A well-filled grandstand watched Mass hold off Wissota National Points leader Ryan Aho of Chisholm in the main event. Dustin Nelson of Oglivie was third and Jones fourth.
Mass, the track leader in his class, now has four feature wins at KRA.

Jason Thoennes of Alexandria gained ground in his battle with Shane Sabraski of Rice for the Modified crown. He won both his heat and the feature, edging Craig Christiansen of New London each time.
Ryan Buer took the Street Stock checkered and Dean Larson the Mod-4 prize.
Mark Deering of Spicer won the second Midwest Mod heat, but it was his son, Matt, winning the feature.
The Hobby Stock main race was postponed until next week.
Note: In a change of results first reported by the track, Tim Kallevig is the official winner of the Hobby Stock feature Aug. 3. A rules infraction negated the original results.
