Recently I watched a video with John McCain, Barbara Walters and a host of others. What I saw left no doubt the measures McCain will use to get elected. I have to say McCain, a former military officer and member of the Senate, sold his soul to special interests, and it shows.

I was impressed when Walters called McCain on the carpet about the line used by Barack Obama, "a pig with lipstick on it is still a pig." He wanted to mislead people into believing he called Palin a pig! Then he claimed Obama wanted sex education for kindergarten kids, which was a complete distortion of the truth! McCain stood by the ad when he stated he approved that message, and Walters let him have it!

What McCain forgot to mention, and Walters reminded him, was that he used that very line to refer to health care. McCain started to squirm when he was reminded about his own comment, claiming that was different. What was so different about it?

Here is my insight on what is taking place. McCain has all these former lobbyists running his campaign and they have the book of dirty tricks. The book states, "Use anything you can, in any way you can, to discredit or mislead the American people!"

The same strategy was used against McCain in 2000, and if it worked then, it's worth another try. Obama's edge on McCain lies with his connection to the poor, and the average American. Obama worked several years for a church as a community organizer in a high-crime poor neighborhood, teaching people to speak up for themselves, and to come together for a good cause. He made a huge impact in the community even to this day.

It's truly sad for a politician such as McCain, who has been a part of the wealthy rich Arizona businessmen's circle. McCain, you can pretend to be for change, and you can go along with misleading the American people with your special interests and high-powered lobbyists, but a leopard just can't change its spots and hide from who he is.
