SACRED HEART -- The Renville County Sheriff's Office will host a community notification meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Sacred Heart Community Center to discuss a Level 3 sex offender who will be released into the community in Renville County.
Renville County Sheriff Jerry Agre said James Nicholas Dahlager, 25, is due to move into the community on Nov. 22 and will reside on 150th Street in rural Sacred Heart.
"Convicted sexual predatory offenders have always been released to live in our communities,'' said Agre. "Because this case involves a Level 3 offender -- the most likely to re-offend -- the sheriff's office must make notification to the community.''
The meeting will consist of information being given about the offender and will be followed by a question and answer period.
