Meeting set April 3 on Eagle Lake road

WILLMAR - A public informational meeting will be held by Kandiyohi County Public Works next week on road renovation and pedestrian and bike options on East Eagle Lake Road.
The meeting is at 7 p.m. April 3 in the community room at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services Building in Willmar.
Information will be provided to area property owners affected by the reconditioning and proposed turnback of the road to Dovre and Green Lake townships.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss renovation and other improvement options, ask questions and provide input into the county and township decision-making process.
Property owners unable to attend the meeting may stop in at the Kandiyohi County Highway Department office, 1801 Highway 12 E., Willmar, to discuss the project.
East Eagle Lake Road, formerly Kandiyohi County Highway 9, underwent road work last year that included rerouting a portion of the highway away from Eagle Lake.
