MONTEVIDEO -- Megan Maree Bothun, 16, of Montevideo died Sunday as a result of an automobile accident.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the church and for one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Arrangements are with Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Montevideo.
She was born Aug. 12, 1990, in Montevideo to Jim and Jan (Versaevel) Bothun. She was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. She attended school in Montevideo and was a member of the Gold Duster's Dance Team.

She is survived by her parents of Watson; brother: Zach Bothun of Watson; grandparents: Wayne and Timmy Bothun of Montevideo, Weldy and Deanna Hodge of Watson, and Don and Katie Versaevel of Seattle, Wash.
She was preceded in death by one sister; and her great-grandparents.
