WILLMAR -- Michael John Rodelius, 65, of Minneapolis, formerly of Willmar, died Saturday at the Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Willmar. Burial will be at Cloverleaf Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar.
He was born June 4, 1940, in Willmar to Nimrod and Lillian (Hanson) Rodelius. He grew up in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in 1958. He attended Bethel College in St. Paul and later graduated from the McPhail School of Music in Minneapolis. He worked for First National Banks in Minneapolis for a time, and then was a church organist and choir master in various churches in the Twin Cities, including Central Lutheran Church. He retired in 2003, due to his health.

He was a member of the American Guild of Organists and other professional organizations.
He is survived by his brother: Robert (and Debra) Rodelius of Willmar; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
