WILLMAR -- Michael Scott "Mike" Bredberg, 50, of Willmar died Sunday at his home.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of service Thursday.
He was born on Sept. 30, 1957, in Willmar to Neil and Vivian (Swenson) Bredberg. He grew up in Willmar and graduated in 1975 from Willmar High School.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1975 to 1978, and then in the Navy Reserves from 1978 to 1981. He was employed with Burlington Northern Railroad as a laborer from 1978 to 2007.
He is survived by his son: Marc Bredberg of New London; and three siblings: Jeff (and special-friend Paula Rauschendorfer) Bredberg of Willmar, Brian (and Teresa) Bredberg of Sacramento, Calif., and Shiela (and Joe) Ballek of Leonard.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
