APPLETON -- Michelle Renee Lewis, 36, of Appleton, died Friday in Appleton.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton. Burial will be at the Appleton City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
She was born Aug. 2, 1970, in Medina, N.D., to Clifford Lewis and Patricia (Obrigewitsch) Holland. She grew up and attended school in Jamestown, N.D. She moved to Appleton and graduated from Appleton High School in 1988. She later attended cosmetology school at Willmar Community College and later attended Dental Assistant School at Camby Technical College. She worked as a nurse's assistant at the Appleton Nursing Home for five years and then at West Wind Village nursing home in Morris.

She is survived by her children: Brennen Longnecker, BreeAnn Longnecker, of Appleton; special friend: Rick Longnecker of Appleton; her parents: Pat (and John) Holland of Appleton, Clifford Lewis of Jamestown, N.D.; brother: Kevin Lewis of Wing, N.D.; and her grandparents: Philip and Leona Obrigewitsch of Medina, N.D.
