MILAN -- Mildred Francis Randall, 90, of Milan died Friday at Luther Haven in Montevideo.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kviteseid Lutheran Church in Milan. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the church, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.

She was born June 25, 1915, in Granite Falls to Ira and Clara (Nolton) Gatchell. She grew up in Granite Falls and graduated from Granite Falls High School in 1932.
She married Hosea Randall on March 14, 1935, in South Dakota. They lived on the shores of Lac qui Parle Lake and ran a resort and café. She moved to Luther Haven nine years ago.
She is survived by her daughter: Jane Randall of Milan; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; stepdaughter-in-law: Peg Randall; and siblings: Ruby (and Frank) Clendenin of Watertown, S.D., Grace (and Ornie) Alness of Clarkfield and Howard (and Florence) Gatchell of Granite Falls.
She was preceded in death by her husband; son: Joel, stepson: Claude Randall; three sisters and one brother.
