ATWATER -- Minnie Caroline Hintz, 91, of Atwater, died Monday at her home.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Atwater. Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Atwater.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Atwater Funeral Home.
She was born March 29, 1915, in rural Atwater to Henry and Anna (Becker) Mahn. She grew up and attended school in rural Atwater.

She married Everett Hintz on June 25, 1941. They lived and farmed in rural Atwater. She worked for Jennie-O Foods for 15 years.
She is survived by her children: Jerrel (and Carol) Hintz of Atwater, Jeanette (and David) Nelson of Litchfield; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1989; two brothers and one sister.
