Kristy Mitteness and Cliff Nystrom II are engaged to be married Aug. 7 in Willmar.
Mitteness is the daughter of Scott and Jenell Mitteness of Kerkhoven.
She is a 2004 graduate of Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg High School in Kerkhoven and a 2008 graduate of the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks with a bachelor's degree in communications/marketing. She is employed as an education and training voucher coordinator by Lutheran Social Services in Willmar.
Nystrom is the son of Cliff "Butch" and Phyllis Nystrom of Grand Forks, N.D.
He is a 1999 graduate of Red River High School in Grand Forks and a 2004 graduate of the University of North Dakota with a bachelor's degree in business/marketing. He is employed as a business specialist by Heritage Bank in Willmar.
