MnDOT to host open house on U.S. Highway 12 construction from Atwater to Litchfield

WILLMAR - The Minnesota Department of Transportation encourages the public to attend an open house informational meeting regarding construction on U.S. Highway 12 from Atwater to Litchfield, which includes a detour.
According to a news release from MnDOT, the meeting will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the City Center, 210 Atlantic Avenue West, Grove City.
Attendees will be able to learn about the upcoming construction and ask questions directly of MnDOT project staff. There will be no formal presentation.
The Highway 12 project will involve resurfacing approximately 11 miles of roadway and construction of accessible pedestrian ramps in Grove City.
The project is scheduled from June until mid-September, weather permitting.
