MONTEVIDEO -- A community forum the Minnesota Legislature's bipartisan Early Childhood Caucus scheduled tonight in Montevideo has been cancelled.
The Early Childhood Caucus formed in 2003 to influence and shape public policies that impact Minnesota's youngest children, their families and caregivers.
