WILLMAR -- Felipe Camacho Torres, 35, of Montevideo, pleaded guilty Friday to two first-degree drug sale conspiracy charges and agreed to pay restitution in another drug-related case.

As part of a plea agreement reached in Kandiyohi County District Court, a theft charge will be dismissed and so will 11 felony charges for cocaine sales to informants for the CEE-VI Drug Task Force.

Torres is responsible for $450 in restitution in a dismissed case that involved the theft of drug task force funds.

Twelve of the felony charges he faced st-emmed from cocaine purchases by CEE-VI in-formants on six occasions in May and June.

The deals were arranged at multiple locations in Willmar. Agents observed Torres and the informants obtaining drugs from suppliers.

The alleged suppliers included two men facing multiple first-degree drug sale charges. Refugio Acevedo Cazares, 49, of Willmar, faces four charges and Baldemar Malagon, 32, of Willmar, is charged with 11 counts stemming from cocaine purchases by CEE-VI informants. Their jury trials are set to begin Dec. 11.

The final pair of felony charges against Torres, for first-degree drug sale and theft, were filed in early November.

Those charges stem from an incident in August when a CEE-VI informant attempted to purchase an ounce of cocaine from Torres for $1,200. The informant gave the money to Torres, who was to meet his supplier and return with the drugs.

The informant later told agents that Torres did not provide the drugs because the supplier was being raided by police.

Torres told the informant that he did not have any of the money because he had given it to the supplier.

Officers later found $800 in task force funds on Torres' person during a search after a traffic stop.

He will be sentenced Jan. 10.
