Montevideo police locate man who fled group home

MONTEVIDEO - Police in Montevideo have located the 33-year old man who fled a group home in the community.</p><p>The department reported that thanks to community help, Matthew Cogger was located on Thursday. He had not been seen since fleeing the home sometime before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.</p><p>Police had asked the public's help in locating him, and posted a photo of Cogger and the clothing he was wearing at the time he had gone missing.
