Vehicle stolen, recovered later
WILLMAR -- A 1997 Buick LeSabre was reported stolen around 5 p.m. Tuesday along the 1300 block of Dana Drive Southeast. The owner, a 40-year-old man from Dassel, reported he left it running in the parking lot. The vehicle was recovered around 9:10 p.m. along the 3100 block of Seventh Avenue Northwest after a person called the police reporting that neighbors parked in their parking spot.
Property damage
WILLMAR -- Spray paint vandalism on playgrounds was reported around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at both Kennedy and Roosevelt elementary schools.
Teen cited for marijuana
