Shoplifter arrested
WILLMAR -- A 26-year-old Willmar woman was arrested for shoplifting around 10:20 a.m. Monday at Herbergers, 1605 S. First St.

WILLMAR -- A person calling Tuesday from Colorado City, Texas, reported their identity had been stolen. The case was under investigation.
