Two to hospital after one-vehicle crash

NEW LONDON -- Two people were taken by ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle rollover around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday along County Road 9.

According to the accident report, Melissa Jean Bonde, 22, of New London, was driving a 1996 Chevy southbound on the road near Prairie Woods Elementary School. The vehicle rolled after she drove onto the shoulder and overcorrected.

Bonde and a passenger, Justin D. Jensen, 27, of Willmar, were both taken to the hospital.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a fence was reported around noon Monday along the 1000 block of First Street Southeast.

Arrest

WILLMAR -- A 38-year-old Willmar woman was arrested during a traffic stop around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday along Augusta Avenue Southeast. The charges include driving after suspension and having no insurance.

Theft

SPICER -- The theft of a bow and arrow was reported around 7:30 a.m. Monday. The caller reported the theft, from a vehicle, happened Friday while the vehicle was parked at a Spicer business along state Highway 23.
