Arrests
SPICER -- A 30-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested for driving while impaired, no insurance, failing to signal and as a fugitive from justice around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday along Lake Avenue and Summit Avenue.
PENNOCK -- A 20-year-old Willmar man was arrested for driving after revocation and cited for speeding around 8 a.m. Wednesday along the 8300 block of Highway 12 West.
Theft
NEW LONDON -- The theft of cameras and money from a vehicle was reported around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday at Sibley State Park, 800 Sibley Park Rd. N.E.

WILLMAR -- The theft of mail from a mailbox was reported around 1:10 p.m. Tuesday along the 100 block of 33rd Street Northwest.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a license plate was reported around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday along the 1000 block of East Highway 12.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a wallet, credit cards, cash and identification was reported around 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Comfort Inn, 2200 E. Highway 12. The report was made by a Massachusetts woman.
Property damage
NEW LONDON -- Damage to a vehicle in a gravel pit was reported around 7 a.m. Wednesday along the 21200 block of 115h Street Northeast.
