WILLMAR -- Theft of a gas can was reported around 2:30 p.m. Monday from the 2500 block of Country Club Drive in Willmar. The caller indicated the gas can was stolen from his boat.

WILLMAR -- Employee theft was reported around 2 p.m. Monday from the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 700 19th Ave. S.E. According to the incident report, a 23-year-old Willmar man will be arraigned on a felony theft charge.

WILLMAR -- Shoplifting was reported around 11:30 a.m. Monday from JC Penney at Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S. The 17-year-old male suspect from Willmar was apprehended and later transported home to his family.

Identity theft

SPICER -- Identity theft was reported around noon Monday from the 6400 block of 60th Street Northeast. The caller provided law enforcement with bank and credit statements as part of the report.

WILLMAR -- A report about identity theft was received around noon Monday at the Kandiyohi County Law Enforcement Center, 2201 23rd St. N.E. A Willmar woman reported that someone in California was using her identity.

Damage to property

WILLMAR -- Damage to a patio-door window was reported around 6 p.m. Monday from the 900 block of Horseshoe Drive. The caller indicated the window was broken sometime Saturday.

NEW LONDON -- Vehicle damage was reported around 4:30 p.m. Monday from Third Avenue Southwest. The caller indicated that someone keyed the vehicle. A juvenile is suspected of the crime.

Arrests

WILLMAR -- A 49-year-old Willmar man was arrested around 3:45 a.m. Tuesday at a residence on the 700 block of Fourth Street Southeast. A juvenile caller reported the father was shoving the mother around. The man will be arraigned on two counts of domestic assault.
