Theft
WILLMAR -- Two stolen bikes were reported around 12:20 p.m. Monday along the 1400 block of Becker Avenue Southeast. The bikes were valued at $189 each.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a male chameleon, valued at $149, was reported around 2:45 p.m. Monday at Black Dog Pet Store, 1811 First St. S.
WILLMAR -- The theft of one license plate was reported around 7:30 p.m. Monday along the 1600 block of First Street South.
Burglary

ATWATER -- An attempted burglary was reported around 8:15 a.m. Tuesday at Discount Grain Systems, 637 E. Pleasant Ave. The caller reported that someone had attempted to enter the business by the back door.
Arrests
WILLMAR -- A 21-year-old Willmar woman was arrested for no drivers license around 2:25 p.m. Monday along U.S. Highway 12 and 11th Street.
WILLMAR -- A 26-year-old Marshall man was arrested on charges of giving a false name to a peace officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction of the legal process, plus on warrants from Kandiyohi and Lyon counties, around 4:15 a.m. Tuesday along the 700 block of Third Street Southwest.
Property damage
WILLMAR -- A 70-year-old Spicer man reported a case of property damage around 3 p.m. Monday. The caller stated that someone had "keyed" his 1955 Chevy Bel Air, causing $3,000 damage, while the car was on display between May 16 and 18 at the Kandi Mall, 1650 First St. S.
SPICER -- Damage to a mailbox was reported around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday along the 200 block of North Lake Avenue.
