Theft
WILLMAR -- Two men left Perkins Restaurant at 3:17 a.m. on Friday without paying a $31.94 tab. As they were leaving the restaurant, the customers told the waitress the money was on the table. At the same time it was discovered the money was not there, the customers were seen driving away at a high rate of speed.
Vandalism
WILLMAR -- Willmar police investigated a report at 4:51 p.m. Thursday of paintballs being fired from a second-story apartment window at vehicles in a parking lot. Officers saw the suspects looking out the window of the apartment, but could not gain access to the building to talk to them. Two vehicles were hit with the blue paintballs but no damage was reported. The incident happened at the Jenny Lee Apartments in the 1400 block of northwest 24th Street
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was found at the Rice Rehab Center at 311 SW 3 St. The report was made to the Willmar Police Department at 5:16 p.m.

Accident
RAYMOND -- A Montevideo man was injured in a one-vehicle accident Thursday evening on Kandiyohi County Road 7 and 75th Avenue, about 2½ miles north of Raymond. Shane Gibbson, 46, was going south on County Road 7 when the 2006 Volkswagen he was driving went off the road, vaulted over 75th Avenue and landed in the field. He had swerved to avoid hitting a deer, according to the accident report. Gibbson was picked up by a family member. The incident was reported to authorities around 8:30 p.m. by a passerby who saw the vehicle in the field.
WILLMAR -- A trailer came unhitched from a vehicle, went into the ditch and rolled Thursday evening on North Business Highway 71, just north of 23rd Street near the Health and Human Services building. The incident was reported at 5:30 p.m. According to the State Patrol, the vehicle, driven by Derek Otteson, 30, of New London, was going north on Highway 71 when the incident happened. There were no injuries reported.
Underage drinkers cited
WILLMAR -- Nine people, ranging in age from 17 to 20, were cited for underage consumption after police were called to a party shortly after midnight Friday in the 1200 block of 24th Street Northwest.
