WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off theft was reported around 4:45 p.m. Sunday at Little Dukes, 1300 Fifth St. S.E. The unpaid bill was $10.58.
Property damage
SPICER -- A damaged vehicle windshield was reported around 3:05 p.m. Sunday along the 200 block of Lake Avenue South. The caller reported that a rock, thrown by one of three young males on bikes, had caused the damage.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a fence was reported around 3 p.m. Saturday along the 900 block of Third Street Southwest.
WILLMAR -- Multiple businesses in downtown Willmar reported spray-painted graffiti damage to their buildings between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Monday.
SPICER -- Graffiti on highway signs was reported around 9:50 a.m. Monday along State Highway 23 and County Road 10.
Fraud
WILLMAR -- A case of credit card fraud was reported around 7:30 p.m. Sunday along the 100 block of Trott Avenue Southeast.
