Trailer-home fire in Blomkest
BLOMKEST -- The Blomkest Fire Department responded to a trailer-home fire around 11 a.m. Monday at a trailer park near the intersection of 15th Street and 180th Avenue.
Blomkest Fire Chief Mel Haukos said he suspected an electrical cause to the fire of a double-wide trailer-home that was "pretty well-burned up" before the department could get to the scene. Haukos said the Blomkest Fire Department spent up to two hours at the location of the fire.
Theft
KANDIYOHI -- Stolen license plates were reported around 7:30 p.m. Sunday from the 600 block of 105th Street Northeast. According to the incident report, two license plates were ripped off a black 1999 Ford F-350 pickup.

WILLMAR -- A burglary was reported around 12:15 p.m. Monday from Use it Again, 200 Benson Ave. S.W. An employee caller indicated the store had been broken into and some items were stolen. The incident report also indicated that video games, movies and comic books were reportedly stolen sometime between Aug. 20 and Thursday.
Graffiti
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 10:15 a.m. Monday from Chappell Central, 2101 Gordon Ave. N.W. The caller indicated the south side of the building was tagged.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 10:30 a.m. Monday from Forklift Service, 720 Litchfield Ave. S.E. A car trailer was reportedly damaged with black spray-paint sometime over the weekend.
WILLMAR -- An employee of Swenson Body Shop reported a case of graffiti around 11 a.m. Monday near a residence on the 300 block of Robert Street Southeast. The caller indicated the graffiti was on the backside of a shed at the residence.
