Motorist extracted from vehicle, flown to HCMC after crash near Kandiyohi

WILLMAR - A motorist was injured Tuesday in a collision on Highway 12, east of Kandiyohi.
According to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol, a motorist travelling west on Highway 12 veered into the eastbound lane, striking another vehicle head-on.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle was extracted from the vehicle, the report states, and was flown to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis with unknown injuries.
