Dwight Munneke of Willmar just wanted to enjoy his 50th birthday present Aug. 19. For the celebration, his brother took him to Dacotah Ridge Country Club near Morton. Munneke made the most of this gift, shooting a hole-in-one at the par-3, 112-yard No. 7 hole. He shot his first-ever ace with a nine-iron three days after his birthday.
Not to be outdone, the group just behind Munneke's had someone duplicate the feat; a hole-in-one at No. 7, which has never happened at Dacotah Ridge.
