WILLMAR - The location for the bi-weekly, state Highway 23 Paynesville Bypass public information meetings has changed.

Future meetings will be held at the Paynesville American Legion, 770 West State Highway 23 in Paynesville.

The new location will better accommodate the public, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The next meeting is at 1 p.m. Thursday.

The 7.5-mile, four-lane divided bypass project is located north of New London, from Kandiyohi County Road 6 to west of 263 Avenue in Paynesville and includes grading, paving, construction of eight bridges and lighting.
