New London to host clean energy session

NEW LONDON - Power customers can learn about opportunities to save money on their energy bills, support clean energy and launch clean energy projects during a free event from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday in the New London Little Theatre.
Representatives of Kandiyohi Power, Willmar Municipal Utilities, and Xcel Energy will outline the energy saving programs they can offer consumers.
Representatives of the Clean Energy Resource Team and Southwest Minnesota Regional Sustainable Development Partnership will also discuss opportunities for funding to launch clean energy projects.
