No one injured in house fire near Kimball

KIMBALL — The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office responded to a house fire around 12:06 a.m. Monday on the 71000 block of 335th Street in Kingston Township, according to a Meeker County Sheriff’s Office news release.

According to the news release, deputies arrived to find the house engulfed in flames but found that the house was not occupied.

The home is owned by Schiefelbein Farms and was a total loss.

The Minnesota State Fire Marshal's Office was contacted to assist in determining the cause of the fire.

The Kimball Fire Department, Watkins Fire Department and Watkins Ambulance also responded to the incident.
